Reminders are calculated from your baby's own recent logged patterns, not a fixed generic schedule. As your baby's habits shift week to week, the next predicted time shifts with them — that's expected, and it's the point.

Weight, length, and head circumference percentiles are calculated against the WHO Child Growth Standards at the time you log a measurement. A percentile is locked in at that moment, so a measurement you've already logged won't change later if the underlying reference tables are ever updated. This is a general informational reference, not medical advice — always talk to your pediatrician about your child's growth.

The Watch app works fully on its own, even out of range of your phone, and syncs automatically the next time it's near your paired iPhone with Small Baby Care open in the background.
